Presentation
Selecting methods and contributors for development activities
Key issue for efficient operative work in collaborative development and production networks is to identify, to select and to involve the right contributors, as well as to choose and to apply appropriate methods, supporting activities at the right time. In this presentation, the implications of the SmartNet Collaboration Model will be concretized, demonstrating how to use the model to select partners, how to integrate them in the practical work, how to find suitable methods and how to involve partners in their execution. An example from one of the three project networks will illustrate how Quality Function Deployment was chosen and applied as a method to significantly support the product development.
