Entrance fees

Early Bird Fee (until 18.04.2012)     130€/ Person excl. VAT

Normal Fee    (from 19.04.2012)       170€/ Person excl. VAT

The entrance fee covers:

• access to the 3-day conference, workshops and exhibition
• Award Gala (on 20 June)
• Matchmaking Day (on 21 June)
• Site Visits (on 21 June)
• Catering on all 3 days
• Access to the ARos Art Museum at a reduced fee of 80 DKK (about EUR 10)

The matchmaking system service is available to registered conference attendees. Registration only takes 5 minutes and is mandatory for participating in the conference on 19 and 20 June and on the matchmaking day during 21 June.
