Industrial Technologies 2012 takes place in Aarhus Concert Hall. This light and airy venue provides comfortable conference rooms, plenty of space to move around the conference and exhibition, and will be an inspiring setting for the event.

Early Bird Fee (until 31.03.2011)              130€/ Person excl. VAT

Normal Fee    (from 01.04.2011)              170€/ Person excl. VAT

The entrance fee covers:

  • access to the 3-day conference, workshops and exhibition
  • Award Gala (on 20 June)
  • particpation at the matchmaking session (on 21 June)
  • site visits (on 21 June)
  • lunch and coffee on 19 June
  • lunch, coffee, dinner at the Gala on 20 June
  • lunch and coffee on 21 June

 

Attending the matchmaking event on 21 June is free of charge. Registration only takes 5 minutes and is mandatory for participating in the conference on 19 and 20 June and on the free matchmaking day during 21 September.

At the tourist information desk you will find our touch screen where you can find information and inspiration for your stay in Aarhus. You can also get a free copy of our Miniguide and of course a city map. We will be there to answer any tourist related question you might have – big or small.

You can meet us at the tourist information desk as follows:

Tuesday 19 June – 12.30 – 14.00 and 17.30-19.00

Wednesday 20 June – 12.30 – 14.00 and 17.00 – 18.00

Thursday 21 June – 12.30 – 14.00
