Your way to research and innovation partnerships
In connection with the Industrial Technologies 2012 congress and exhibition in Aarhus, Enterprise Europe Network and Spinverse organized a matchmaking event, with the chance to have 1:1 meetings with potential business partners.
The matchmaking covers the whole value chain from research ideas to innovation and bringing your product or technology to the market.
Our main goal is to help you find the right European partner and/or funding.
Who will you be able to meet?
The matchmaking event targets companies, technology centres, research and development institutes, research laboratories, universities and private researchers offering innovative technologies and know-how, looking for technological solutions or searching for partners for the European R&D projects. How to register?
When you register for the congress you will get the option to participate in the matchmaking – If you chose “yes” you will be required to fill out a profile. This profile is mandatory as it provides the other participants with the basic info on who you are and what you are looking for.
Make sure your profile is complete, accurate and focused on the cooperation you are looking for, because this is the information other participants will use when planning their meetings! Once validated, profiles are published in the online catalog.
If you have registered for the matchmaking, but not filled out your cooperation profile yet, you will be contacted by the matchmaking coordinators to remind you to do so. Also, if your profile does not pass the validation, you will be contacted by the matchmaking coordinators. This way all profiles in the matchmaking system will be of high quality and ensure a successful event.
Please note that this matchmaking event is only open to participants in the Industrial Technology 2012 Congress!

Important dates
10 June 2012: Insert your cooperation profile before this date!
The registration system will close and you will no longer be able to register for the event. If you have registered, but not yet filled out a cooperation profile, you need to do it by this date or you will not be able to participate
25 May - 17 June 2012: Book Meetings
It is time to start booking your meetings. Through your personal profile page, you will be able to search through the participants and book meetings with those, you find relevant.
Please note that you need to have a completed and validated cooperation profile in order to do this. You will also receive meeting request from other participants, by default these are accepted but you have the possibility to decline meetings. At the end of this process you will receive a preliminary meeting schedule.
21 June 2012: Matchmaking Day
You will receive the final updated version of your meeting schedule, when you show up for registration at the matchmaking event. Please be advised that this may include last minute bookings.
