The event registration form includes the opportunity to select from one of our recommended hotels.
Our partner KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations in different categories in the city centre. Please state your preference on the registration form.
In order to obtain the specified prices, your reservation must be made through KongresKompagniet. The costs of the hotels are not included in the registration fee. The hotels are booked on a first come, first served basis. Payment for accommodation must be made directly to the hotel upon departure.
Confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation
KongresKompagniet will send you a confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation upon receipt of your registration form and registration fee. You can find the online registration form here. The hotel room booking can be found at the end of the registration form.
